Fabric At Work
I really don’t describe myself as a “quilter.” I usually say that I am more of a "quilt engineer.” My favorite part of the whole process is the puzzle-solving, creating a pattern that will come together with a minimum of fuss and bother, while still looking impressive.

My style is somewhat mixed as I design or make quilts to meet the particular need or desire of the moment. Sometimes a fabric “speaks” to me and “wants" to be something, sometimes a friend needs help simplifying a pattern, or quite often I ask myself "what if?"

Greetings from the quilting world in Cheyenne, WY. The residents of Wyoming enjoy beautiful scenery, sunsets, and four seasons (changing of our mountain trees--aspens). Thus the name for my business, Aspen Pointe Quilting.

My areas of expertise include designing, teaching, trunk shows and selling products. Being in Wyoming, the scenic views are spectacular. My designs include landscapes, stars, patterns using jewel tone colors and a variety of patterns using batiks.  I prefer to design art quilts and changeable designs.

Long arm quilting is my passion and one of the custom services at Rambling Rose Designs. My eye for design detail and craftsmanship have gained me a loyal reputation and following. As no two quilts are the same, using these skills to create and select designs which make quilt tops “POP” have become my specialty.

I have been long arm quilting for 9 ½ years. During this time I have created many unique works of art. Visit the gallery to see examples and feel free to contact me through our website form.
